Warranty, Shipping and Returns
Delivery in 4-6 weeks
Your order is produced after your purchase. Delivery times are currently approximately 4-6 weeks (8 weeks for pre-order products). We will notify you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse and provide you with tracking information to track the shipment to your home. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days. You must return the item and will receive a refund of all expenses incurred (except return shipping costs).

Do you need an invoice?
During checkout, after entering your shipping details and choosing your preferred payment method, you will find a checkbox labeled "Do you need an invoice?"
When you check it, fields will appear that you can fill in with the company name, address, VAT number, and, if applicable, the SDI code.
If something does not work, you can write to shop@hiro.design and send all your details.
Please note that, under Italian tax law, an invoice cannot be issued more than twelve days after the purchase date.
