• In what material is it made?
The umbrella stand is made of painted steel.

• Can it be used outdoors?
The umbrella stand is painted with a water resistant treatment. However, it is advisable not to expose it directly to atmospheric agents and to dry it when it comes into contact with water and humidity to ensure its longevity.

• What happens if it fills up with water?
The Plu umbrella stand is equipped inside with a plastic tray to collect the drops. It is advisable to shake the umbrellas well before placing them in the container and not to leave the umbrella stand exposed to the rain. Emptying the excess water from the plastic tray helps ensure the longevity of the object.

• How is it used?
The item is shipped already assembled. Just place your umbrellas inside the container. The handle is useful for moving it and can also be used to hang smaller parasols.

• How much does it weight?
The umbrella stand weighs approximately 3 kg.

• Is there a risk that it will scratch the surfaces where I place it?
In the lower part, felt pads are applied in order to avoid damaging the surfaces.

Item already assembled; maximum load on the handle: 5 kg; object in treated steel, it is advisable to remove excess water that accumulates on the plastic saucer on the bottom, possible outdoor use in sheltered places, do not expose directly to atmospheric agents • Price: Products in Luxor Beige, Blue colors Midnight and Steel Green are generally more expensive as their smooth, matte finish requires more elaborate manufacturing processes.
Maintenance
To proceed with the cleaning operations, use a soft cloth moistened with water or a product for cleaning windows. Do not use diluents and corrosive products, acids, steel wool or steel brushes. Dry with a microfibre cloth. The object is treated to be used also outdoors. However, for a longer life, it is advisable to position it in sheltered places and not to expose it directly to atmospheric agents. It is advisable to remove any excess water that may accumulate on the plastic saucer at the bottom.
