Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page. We will notify you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse and provide you with tracking to track the shipment to your home.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase for any reason within 14 days. You will have to return the item and you will receive a refund of all costs incurred (with the exception of those for the return).

Al momento del checkout, dopo aver inserito i dati di spedizione e scelto il metodo di pagamento preferito, trovi una casella da spuntare con la dicitura "Ti serve la fattura?"
Spuntandola, appariranno dei campi che puoi compilare con l'intestazione dell'azienda, l'indirizzo, la partita Iva e l'eventuale codice SDI.
In caso qualcosa non andasse a buon fine, puoi scrivere a shop@hiro.design inviando tutti i tuoi dati.
Ricorda che, secondo la legislazione fiscale italiana, non è permesso emettere fattura oltre il dodicesimo giorno dalla data di acquisto.

The cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They can also be used partially.
