Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days as long as the Gift Card has not been used. You will need to return the item and will receive a refund for all costs incurred (except return shipping).

Do you need an invoice?
At checkout, after entering your shipping information and choosing your preferred payment method, you will find a box to check that says "Do you need an invoice?"
By checking it, some fields will appear that you can fill in with the company name, address, VAT number and any SDI code.
If something goes wrong, you can write to shop@hiro.design sending all your data.
Please note that, according to Italian tax legislation, it is not permitted to issue an invoice after the twelfth day from the date of purchase.
