Frequently Asked Questions about the Product
• What material is it made of?
Loop is made of painted steel.

• What candles can be used?
We recommend using candles no taller than 25 cm to avoid stability issues. The candle holder diameter is 2.2 cm.

• What should I do if my candle’s diameter is smaller or larger than the candle holder?
A diameter between 20 and 22 mm is very common commercially, and we suggest looking for candles of this size. If the candle’s diameter is slightly smaller, we recommend dripping some wax from the candle into the holder and immediately inserting the candle to secure it. If it is slightly larger, you can “slim down” the candle by carefully scraping the first one and a half centimeters of the candle’s base with a cutter.

Kenyon Yeh lives and works in Taiwan, where he produces for international design brands. In 2010, after earning a Master's degree in Product Design from Kingston University, he opened his own design studio in London, focusing on handcrafted furniture projects.
