Loop is made of painted steel.
We recommend using candles of a maximum height of 25 cm to avoid stability problems. The diameter of the candle compartment is 2.2 cm.
A diameter between 20 and 22 mm is very popular commercially and we advise you to look for candles with these dimensions. If the diameter of the candle is slightly smaller, we recommend pouring a little candle wax into the compartment and immediately inserting it to secure it. If it is slightly higher, you can “slim” the candle by (carefully) scraping the first inch and a half of the base of the candle with the use of a cutter.

Delivery in 4-6 weeks
Your order is produced after your purchase. Delivery times, at this moment, are about 4-6 weeks (8 weeks for pre-order products). We will notify you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse and provide you with tracking to follow the shipment to your home. Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page.

Right of withdrawal

Do you need an invoice?
At checkout, after entering your shipping information and choosing your preferred payment method, you will find a box to check that says "Do you need an invoice?"
By checking it, some fields will appear that you can fill in with the company name, address, VAT number and any SDI code.
If something goes wrong, you can write to shop@hiro.design sending all your data.
Please note that, according to Italian tax legislation, it is not permitted to issue an invoice after the twelfth day from the date of purchase.
