Frequently Asked Questions about the Product
• What material is it made of?
Loop is made of painted steel.

• What candles can be used?
We recommend using candles no taller than 25 cm to avoid stability issues. The candle holder diameter is 2.2 cm.

• What should I do if my candle’s diameter is smaller or larger than the candle holder?
A diameter between 20 and 22 mm is very common commercially, and we suggest looking for candles of this size. If the candle’s diameter is slightly smaller, we recommend pouring a bit of the candle wax into the holder and immediately inserting the candle to fix it in place. If it is slightly larger, you can “slim down” the candle by carefully scraping the first one and a half centimeters of the candle base using a cutter.
