The cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They can also be used partially.

Validity and Duration
Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
After the expiration date, any remaining credits will no longer be usable or refundable.
Purchase and Delivery Methods
Gift Cards can be purchased online exclusively in digital format on the hiro.design website.
In case of online purchase, the Gift Card will be sent via email in digital format. Our online gift cards are delivered instantly via email as soon as the payment is confirmed. They can also be sent directly to an email address other than the person purchasing (for example in the case of a gift).
Usage
The Gift Card can be used to purchase products exclusively on the hiro.design website.
Partial uses are possible: the amount spent will be deducted from the available balance, and the remaining credit will remain usable within the validity period.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Residual Credit
In case of partial use, the remaining credit will be retained and can be used for future purchases until the expiration date.
It is not possible to convert the remaining credit into cash.
Refund and Non-Cumulability
Gift Cards are not refundable, either partially or fully, except as provided by law.
Gift Cards can be combined with other discounts or offers.
Loss or Theft
Gift Cards are equivalent to cash: in case of loss, theft or unauthorized use, they cannot be replaced or refunded.
Specific Terms of Use
The use of Gift Cards implies acceptance of these conditions.
The store reserves the right to modify the conditions of sale of Gift Cards at any time, with adequate notice to buyers.

Shipping and returns
IMMEDIATE DELIVERY
You will receive your digital gift card by email and you can print it instantly.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days as long as the Gift Card has not been used. You will need to return the item and will receive a refund for all costs incurred (except return shipping).

Do you need an invoice?
At checkout, after entering your shipping information and choosing your preferred payment method, you will find a box to check that says "Do you need an invoice?"
By checking it, some fields will appear that you can fill in with the company name, address, VAT number and any SDI code.
If something goes wrong, you can write to shop@hiro.design sending all your data.
Please note that, according to Italian tax legislation, it is not permitted to issue an invoice after the twelfth day from the date of purchase.
