Shipping and returns
Delivery in 3-5 days
Delivery times are for the color sample order ONLY. We will notify you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse and provide you with tracking information to track the shipment to your home. Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days. You will have to return the item and you will receive a refund for all costs incurred (except for the return costs).

Do you need an invoice?
At checkout, after entering your shipping information and choosing your preferred payment method, you will find a box to check that says "Do you need an invoice?"
By checking it, some fields will appear that you can fill in with the company name, address, VAT number and any SDI code.
If something goes wrong, you can write to shop@hiro.design sending all your data.
Please note that, according to Italian tax legislation, it is not permitted to issue an invoice after the twelfth day from the date of purchase.
