Frequently Asked Questions about the Product
• What material is it made of?
The towel holder is made of painted steel. The item is painted and protected with a waterproof primer to ensure maximum durability.

• How is it installed on the wall?
The package includes the towel holder, two support plates for wall mounting, two hex head set screws, and two screws with wall plugs. Attach the support plates to the wall using appropriate plugs (two for each plate). Hook the towel holder onto the supports, making sure the through holes on both parts align. Secure the towel holder to the supports with the supplied set screws using a 2 mm Allen key.

• Do you need to drill the wall?
Yes, drilling the wall is necessary for proper installation.

• Can it be fixed with double-sided tape?
The wall mounting surface is not sufficient to ensure proper adhesion with double-sided tape. In our experience, for hanging objects, especially in bathrooms and those subject to stress (like towel holders and toilet paper holders), double-sided tape never provides adequate hold.

• How is it used?
The item is designed to hold towels by placing them along the horizontal tubular spaces.

• What are its dimensions?
The item is available in two versions:
big: width 52 cm, height 15 cm, max depth 8.5 cm
small: width 37 cm, height 15 cm, max depth 8.5 cm

• How much does it weigh?
The item weighs about 500 grams in the large version, 400 grams in the small version.

• What is the maximum load?
We recommend a maximum load of 5 kg.

The soft shapes collect a small space on the coast, a gulf, hanging on your wall that becomes a towel holder. In metal, a modern and sinuous line for your bathroom. This set consists of 2 pieces of two different sizes, to adapt to your spaces: the large version recommended next to the sink, the small one for the bidet.

Embossed, it feels “material” to the touch (not smooth); powder coating offers greater resistance to scratches than other systems and guarantees greater durability and color retention over time. The item is painted and protected with waterproof primer to ensure maximum durability.

The installation involves fixing two support plates to the wall using 2 dowels (supplied in the package) to which the towel holder is attached with 2 hexagonal head grub screws (supplied in the package); maximum load 5 kg
Maintenance
To proceed with cleaning, use a soft cloth dampened with water. Do not use thinners, corrosive products, acids, steel wool, or steel brushes. Dry with a microfiber cloth.
