Frequently Asked Questions about the Product
• What material is it made of?
The structure is made of powder-coated steel, the shelves are oak veneer.

• How it's done?
It is a shelf with a tubular structure, with multiple shelves. Supplied disassembled, simple to assemble.

• What are its dimensions?
You can find the Lauro shelf in 8 versions: 3, 4, 5 and 6 shelves, each in narrow and wide variants. The maximum depth is always 29 cm, the maximum heights are respectively 81.5 cm, 116 cm, 149 cm and 184 cm. The width versions available are 74 cm or 144 cm.
The distance between the shelves is 32 cm (from floor to floor). The useful height between the floor and the beginning of the first shelf is 10.8 cm. Search all versions on our site.

• Is it a freestand shelf or does it need to be fixed to the wall?
The structure is designed to be self-sustaining. However, stability, especially in the higher versions and considering the loads that may be placed on it, is not guaranteed. Wall fixing is therefore recommended to avoid tipping. The shelves are supplied with plugs to ensure wall fixing.

• Is assembly required?
Yes, but it's very simple and all you need is a "flat" screwdriver. In the package you will find 4 or 6 tubes (depending on the version) that act as a support on the ground, you screw them by hand to the first shelf, then screw the other tubes on top of them that act as spacers. Add the number of shelves depending on the version chosen and complete by screwing a cap on the highest shelf to hide the hole. Simple, right?

• What use can I make of it?
You can use it as shelving and bookcase indoors.

• Can it be used outdoors?
The Lisandra shelf is not treated for outdoor use.

• How much weight can it support?
We recommend a maximum load of 10 kg per shelf (narrow version), 15 kg per shelf (wide version). The weight must always be equally distributed.

Embossed, it feels "material" to the touch (not smooth); powder coating offers greater resistance to scratches than other systems and guarantees greater durability and color retention over time.

The product requires assembly; maximum load 10 kg per shelf (narrow version), 15 kg per shelf (wide version), the weight must always be equally distributed.
Fix the shelf to the wall!
The stability of the structure is not guaranteed in any version, especially with applied loads. To avoid tipping, use the holes provided for the dowels and fix it to the wall.
Maintenance
To proceed with the cleaning operations, use a soft cloth moistened with water or a product for cleaning windows. Do not use diluents and corrosive products, acids, steel wool or steel brushes. Dry with a microfibre cloth.
