Hiro Design @ Rinascente Milan
Hiro returns to Milan
From May 5 to 25 we will be present inside Rinascente Milan, in Piazza Duomo.
We will bring with us a selection of the products most loved by the Community, those to admire up close and already imagine in a corner of your home.
Being hosted in such an iconic place as Rinascente is a great recognition for independent design. It allows us to show all the care we put into every fold of the metal and to share our vision with a unique city like Milan, which truly understands beauty.

The concept
The pop-up was designed by Davide Decarli (architect) and Francesca Cardano (interior designer), translating our essence into shapes and colors and celebrating our design with a simple and essential language.
The setup arises from a paradox: lightness and solidity exchanging roles. What catches the eye are the Paper Plane metal elements sliding along the top of the ’Air Snake, a suspended system that supports and moves them along a precise and unexpected path. Solid and heavy objects that seem to float in the air, where it is not the material that flies, but the idea that animates it.
Beneath this trail, the displays follow the same design principle: metal, like paper, folds, cuts, and perforates. The Hiro products rest on them with apparent lightness, while still maintaining their solidity and conveying the contrast between actual and perceived weight.
