Ottimo prodotto...!
Peccato!
Lo scaffale è molto bello. Purtroppo però da u lato non poggia bene a terra. Non so se sia un difetto di fabbricazione oppure una conseguenza di un poco accurato trasporto. Fatti sta, che visti i tempi di consegna circa 6 settimane mi scoraggia restituirlo e quindi proverò a farlo sistemare per allineare tutti i piedini al pavimento. Peccato!

Ciao Loredana, grazie per la tua recensione. Ti confermiamo che l'instabilità non dovrebbe esserci. Prima di valutare insieme un eventuale cambio, ti consigliamo di fare alcune verifiche. 1- Controlla su una superficie perfettamente piana; prova anche su un tavolo per escludere eventuali micro irregolarità del fondo su cui lo stai utilizzando. 2- Controlla se qualche piedino di gomma o plastica è rientrato a causa di un colpo subito. Se noti che una delle gambe di sostegno è inclinata, puoi provare a tirarla con un po' di forza per rimetterla in sede, dato che il metallo ha una certa duttilità. 3- Se riesci a individuare il punto che non tocca terra, puoi provare a mettere uno o due feltrini e vedere se questo migliora la stabilità. Ti invitiamo a contattare il nostro servizio clienti all'indirizzo shop@hiro.design, allegando alcune foto del prodotto. In questo modo potremo valutare insieme la soluzione migliore, eventualmente procedendo con una sostituzione. A presto!
