Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page.  

We deliver your order in 4-6 weeks except for "pre-order" products which will be delivered in 8 weeks.

WARNING: If you ordered multiple items, the shipping time to consider is that of the item with the longest delivery time. If you have special requirements, contact us at shop@hiro.design

We will notify you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse and provide you with tracking to follow the shipment to your home. 

Please note that our standard shipping includes delivery exclusively to the ground floor (at the indicated street number). The courier is not authorized to carry the goods to upper floors or inside the residence. We recommend arranging in advance for the collection of packages, especially for bulky items.
