Returns

You are free to change your mind: you can return the purchased item within 14 days of the delivery date, for any reason.

In this case, you will be fully reimbursed for expenses incurred. However, you are required to return the item: the cost of returning it is your own responsibility.

If, on the other hand, you believe that the product you have received is defective or defective, you are covered by the warranty, valid for 2 years. In this case, we will collect the piece at our expense to repair or replace it.

If it is a return, write an email to shop@hiro.design indicating in the subject the return request and the order number. To speed up, please attach the downloadable withdrawal form to this link.

If you think it is a defect, write to shop@hiro.design indicating the order number, the problem and sending at least a photo of the same.
