Charta and Everyday Box are the accessories for organizing your desk in style, in the office or at home.

Charta is the document holder that holds your notes, your thoughts, your works, thanks to the wide mouth of the container trays, with the practical inclination to insert and find your notes.

Everyday Box is an organizer designed to give you maximum freedom and functionality thanks to the two small separators for organizing smaller objects (pencils, paper clips, drawing pins) and a removable wooden handle, useful both for transport and for organizing rolls of tape adhesive and elastics.

Returns

You are free to change your mind: you can return the purchased item within 14 days from the delivery date, for any reason.
In this case, you will be fully reimbursed for the expenses incurred. However, you are required to return the item: you are responsible for the return costs.
If, on the other hand, you believe that the product you received has malformations or defects, it falls within the scope of the guarantee, which is valid for 2 years . In this case, we will take care of collecting the piece at our expense to repair or replace it.

Billing

In the cart, you will find the "notes" field where you can specify your invoice request. At the time of payment, in the checkout, you will find the additional fields "tax code" and "pec" (you can also enter the SDI code directly in the notes), moreover, you will find the space to indicate any billing address different from the shipping address.
Alternatively, you can write to shop@hiro.design sending all your data. Remember that, according to Italian tax legislation, it is not permitted to issue an invoice beyond the twelfth day from the date of purchase.

All Hiro products are made internally in our workshops and completely in Italy. Our production is practically on-demand: each object is produced in small series according to the requests of our customers. A large part of the work consists of manual operations performed by expert craftsmen.
